AI Comply Shield is operated by Penn Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are not a law firm and not a regulator - we sell a plain-language starting point for the EU AI Act's chatbot disclosure requirement (Article 50(1)), nothing more.

We built this because the requirement is simple in the most common case - a chatbot needs to say it's AI - but easy to miss. We keep the product narrow on purpose: one clear job, done honestly, rather than a broad compliance platform we couldn't stand behind.
