What you're buying
Our kits provide starting-point AI disclosure text, a privacy policy clause, an implementation guide, and a verification badge. They are informational templates, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of regulatory compliance. Complex AI use cases may require independent legal review.
The verification badge
The badge confirms you purchased and applied our disclosure kit on a given date, with a live page anyone can check. The EU has not issued an official certification mark for Article 50 - that's different from CE marking, which covers a narrower category of high-risk AI systems - so the badge is a verifiable record of what you did, not a government or regulatory seal.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because our kits are delivered to you immediately and automatically by email, you waive this 14-day right the moment you confirm your order and receive access - you'll be asked to explicitly confirm this at checkout before paying.
Refunds
Even though the statutory withdrawal right doesn't apply after delivery, if something's genuinely wrong with what you received, email us through the Contact page within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
Licence to use the kit
You may use, adapt and publish the notice text and snippets on the website(s) your tier covers: one site for Starter and Business, up to five sites under one brand for Studio. You may not resell or redistribute the kit itself as a product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
No liability for legal outcomes
We are not a law firm, and using our kit does not create a legal relationship with us covering your compliance outcomes. You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance.
